In Iron Banner matches, the level and gear of the players are NOT normalized, players with higher levels and better weapons and armor will have the advantage in Iron Banner. Iron Banner events consist of 6v6 Control, Clash and even Rift mode matches. Your reputation rank with the Iron Banner will reset after each week long event.
