Going over the update to the Vanguard Heroic Strikes playlist that came with Patch 2.3 to Destiny and added modifiers. We will be taking a look at what these modifiers are, and how they can spawn to determine the best times to grind Heroic Strikes to level up Vanguard fast and get Strike specific loot.
